These terms govern your use of the Daily Dish mobile application and this website (together, “the app”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the app
Daily Dish is a free recipe and meal-suggestion app. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own cooking. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. No account, no purchases
The app requires no account and sells nothing. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or ads.
3. Recipes, allergens & food safety
Recipes and nutritional or ingredient information are provided for general informational purposes only. You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens and for safe food preparation, storage, and cooking temperatures. We do not guarantee that any recipe is suitable for a particular diet, allergy, or health condition. If in doubt, consult a qualified professional.
4. Content & intellectual property
Recipe photographs are provided by third parties under open licences (for example Creative Commons); each image’s author, source, and licence are credited in the app. The app’s design, text, and software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
5. Third-party links
The app may link to third-party services (such as YouTube) for cooking videos. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of those services.
6. “As is” & limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any outcome related to preparing or consuming food.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date.
